Great News,
Tennis is coming back…… Our courts will be open from Wednesday morning on the 2nd December.

We anticipate a high demand so please be considerate and if people are waiting, limit your session to one hour. Please maintain COVID precautions and continue social distancing when changing ends and after games. The toilets will be reopened but please remember the ‘rule of 6’ and to wear a mask when inside the pavilion. The ‘rule of 6’ also applies to general social play. (There is an exception for official club sessions). Group and 1-1 coaching is also permitted.

Unfortunately, due to the current lockdown and difficulties with suppliers, our electrical contractors have experienced a delay in obtaining the igniters required for the floodlights. This means Court 7 lights are still currently not sufficient for reasonable evening play. ( Court 8 and 9 are useable ).  I have been assured that the igniters will arrive by the 11th of December and be fitted as a priority…. I will keep you updated on this

We look forward to getting back to play and I will be running a reduced capacity Club night on Wednesdays util the lights are fully operational.

Thanks for your continued support,

Dave Smith
